Studying at a UK university can cost anywhere from GBP 13,000 to GBP 35,000, depending on the university’s location, degree, and whether it’s a publicly funded or private institution. While studying in the UK, you will also be responsible for paying a number of additional fees and charges as an international student.

Although obtaining a UK study visa can be considered “easy” if you fulfill all the requirements and give accurate information, such as an official acceptance letter from an accredited university, enough money to cover living and tuition costs, and evidence of English language proficiency.

You must have good scores on your 12th grade board exams (usually 70–80% for science/commerce and 65% for the humanities), demonstrate your English language proficiency with the IELTS or TOEFL, and apply to a UK university with your academic transcripts, recommendation letters, and a statement of purpose (SOP). 

If your scores fall short of what is required for undergraduate programs, you may also want to look into international year one either foundation programmes.
